Hi to all,
  This is debbie winston speaking to you over the airwaves--up til now, I 
have only "lurked" on HANASHIR, since my schedule will not allow me to get 
any more deeply involved than that for now.  I have, however, seen several 
messages flying around about "Guide my Steps", which I wrote at Hava Nashira 
in 1996. It exists on paper, though hand-written, and I will mail it to 
anyone who send me a self-addressed stamped envelpe, with the understanding 
that you respect the copyright, and share it with others in the spirit in 
which it was written--that of healing and heartfelt humility. I am more than
