[HANASHIR:6219] Re: Song search request



Noah, I sang "Light of Torah" as a solo at my son's Bar Mitzvah, with piano 
and flute accompaniment.  It works fine as a solo and I think guitar could 
provide a lovely accompaniment.  (No chords are shown on the sheet music, 
however.)  It's a beautiful, graceful piece with a range of an octave and a 
half, so it indeed can be a challenge for some singers.  I suggest revising 
the last few measures to avoid the song's 2 highest notes.  I don't know if 
it's ever been recorded.  Email me privately if you want Rachelle's email 
address.  If you're really stumped, I could maybe make you an audio cassette 
of the videotape from the service, but the quality of the recording will be 
mediocre at best.
