I want to thank everyone for another incredible Hava Nashira.  I hope I gave 
back to you as much as you all have given to me.

I owe a special thanks to my many friends on here who gave me the ideas I 
needed to land a job as spiritual leader of Beth El Congregation in 
Sheboygan, Wisconsin.  I hope I can bring a piece of the spirit of each of 
you to my new job.

You have shared some great ideas on this list, for songleading, planning 
services, compensation, getting people involved, recruiting members, planning 
holiday programs, bnai mitzvah, funerals...  

Thank you -- ALL of you -- for making my life so much better.
