[HANASHIR:6045] Benefits

I am currently renegotiating my contract and was wondering how many soloists, 
assistant cantors or uninvested cantors are provided with voice lessons in 
their package.  I pay $50 a lesson on a weekly basis.
Also, what is a reasonable convention allowance per year???
