I am sorry to reply to the whole list, but for some reason my e-mail program
does not always give me the individual's e-mail as in this case. Debbie
Bloch wrote to me and I want to answer her personally, but I do not have her
e-mail -- it appears no where on the one she sent to me because I think she
also sent it to the entire list. Debbie, if you are out there, send me your
e-mail and I will reply to you personally.
