The Uzi Chitman "Adon Olam" is available on a few different compilation cds. 
I believe that it is on a cd entitled "Very Best of Israel" - that is the one 
with the big Yaffa orange on the cover. If you contact "jewishmusic.com" I am 
sure that they will be able to direct to a few compilations that have it on 
it.
Someone else mentioned the need for a compilation of the best of the Israeli 
Chassidic Song Festivals. This cd, in fact exists. It is entitled "Barech 
Alaynu" and is probably also available from Tara Publications 
(jewishmusic.com). I don't have the cd with me (I am at work) but I think 
that it also includes the Uzi Chitman "Adon Olam."
