Robbi,

"Sisu et Yerushalayim" is an easy one.  There's also a David Berger piece
about Jerusalem (I can't think of the name).   I'm sure it's difficult but
beautiful.  And "Jerusalem is Mine" could work.  It's beautiful.  Safam also
has some Jerusalem repertoire.  Check out their material.
