Robbi,  you can always try Colors of Jerusalem - the music is in Velvel's 
Book of Songs of Jerusalem. and the harmonies are easy. I have done it with 
youth (and adult) choruses for years. Many years ago it was a popular 
graduation piece. 
It's newly recorded on Israel World Beat: ERETZ . Let me know if you want the 
sheet music for the parts, otherwise it's easy to figure out. - or AM ECHAD - 
with the second verse an ode to Jerusalem ( ancient heartbeat within walls, 
sacred symbol for us all - Jerusalem, oh City of Nations...)
These are sung in the bay area every year.
