[HANASHIR:5640] Re: Shabbat service songs



Susan,
Once a month I do a pre-service songsession "in the pews" (our chairs are
detach-able) and people are free to join in or not.  It ends up, though,
that even if people don't show up at 7:30 for the songs (service is at 8)
they often come a little early and get the tail end of the songsession
anyway, which is nice.  For some services, I'll go off the bimah to teach an
opening song.  Sometimes we just do one everyone knows with me on the bimah.
