Ken Bakodesh is found in Great Songs of Israel, page 46 (at least in my 
version, which is the original one. It's been reissued, so the new version 
may have different pagination).   

There is a melody to L'maan Tsiyon in the same book, on page 77. Another 
version of Lmaan Tsiyon is found in Hassidic Style Songs of the 70s, on page 
49.  I can fax you this music tomorrow, when I'm in the office.  

 I don't know which  Feidman CD you are referring to, but wonder if the tune 
you're looking for isn't the one from the Hassidic Song Festival of 1971.  I 
don't have the music to that, but I know there's an anthology of music from 
those festivals available through Tara.   There are also a number of books 
with the music from Feidmans CDs out through Tara as well.
