[HANASHIR:5612] Re: Kadima Boom Boom Boom

I've never seen sheet music for Kadima. I think I learned it years ago when
my kids brought it home from preschool! It's very, very simple. I'll try
explaining it here. The number next to the letter tells the number of beats
that note gets. The lowercase "a" means below middle C:

Ka(D-2) di(Db-2) ma(D-1)

boom(a-1) boom(a-1) boom(a-1)

Ka(D-2) di(Db-2) ma(D-1)

boom(a-1) boom(a-1) boom(a-1)

March(D-1) ing(F-1) march(E-1) ing(G-1)

Out(F-1) of(A-1) E(G-1) gypt(E-1)

Ka(F-2) di(E-2) ma(D-4).

Other lyrics:
...marching, marching to the Red Sea...
...marching, marching to our freedom...

If that doesn't make sense to you, email me for my phone number and then you
can call me and I'll sing it. Or ask me at HN or CAJE. I hope to do a CAJE
workshop on making music fun and could include this one as an example of how
I have the youngest students reenact leaving Egypt. -- Carol
