Laura, I'm Aviva Rosenbloom, Cantor for 24 years at an L.A. synagogue. I
just wanted to thank you for your moving and powerful Miriam song, which I
have sung and taught many times here and at feminist events. I feel that it
is one of the best Jewish songs written in our time.
I don't have any of your albums; I'd love to hear other things that you have
written. Can you please let me know what exists, and how to get them? I'm
interested in contemporary" folk "music in general, not just Jewish
music.Email is cantor (at) temple(dot)tioh(dot)org
Address is Temple Israel of Hollywood, 7300 Hollywood Blvd., Los Angeles, CA
90046.I'm excited to find you after all these years!

I would like to thank Lisa Levine for mentioning my Esau Enai. I am so
pleased that it will be in the ACC Lifecycle manual. To respond to
Carole, I do not know about a CD, but as far as I know the manual
includes the notation for the piece.
In the meantime, if anyone is interested in the piece before the manual
is out, please contact me privately at braveann (at) ids(dot)net(dot)
By the way, for those of you who requested music for "To Be Strong", my
song related to AIDS, I am in the process of completing a simpler
notation of it and will have that done within the next 2 weeks.
B'shalom
