[HANASHIR:5320] RE: Od Yavo



<ahem> (I feel cool for being able to finally answer a question)...after
listening to the recording (which I managed to grab on a recent trip to
Israel), Sheva actually sings it both ways in various parts of the song. If
I were to guess, I would say the monotone version should be considered
melody, with the raised "-lom" being something akin to a harmony/variation.

Translation from the cover notes: "Peace be on us, on everyone, over all the
world - Sallam"
