<does anyone know where the score and text for Kol Ha Nishama can be found?>

The text is that of the 150th psalm. It is recited daily within the morning
service. More specifically, during the pesukei d'zimra (or the preliminary
service.) I believe it's page 88 in Siddur Sim Shalom.
As far as the score is concerned, there are many of  them. If you could
post some of the notes (the introduction or refrain will probably work
best), someone in this group will more than likely be able to assist.
