[HANASHIR:5081] recording other people's material...

I got an email from a woman who wants to record a song I wrote, and which she 
heard me perform.   She asked permission to use it on her upcoming album.   
She had previously recorded another of my songs (with my permission), but 
with no money exchanged.  

My sense is that she isn't going to sell a ton of albums, and I am inclined 
to let her use this tune as well, but I'm curious as to how other people 
handle this situation.  Any advice?    The tunes are copyrighted, by the 
way.....
