[HANASHIR:5013] Re: Michael Isaacson's ``L'maaseih V'reicheet

We are also co-commissioners in the Chicago area. I am excited about the
concept and I like the music. Our choir director also thought it was too
much for our youth choir to do themselves so our Adult Choir, Youth Choir
(5th & 6th grade) and our Junior Choir (3rd & 4th grade) will all be doing
pieces of it, some individually and some together. We also, scaled it down
some and are not doing all of the pieces. The kerioki aspect is not our
prefered route. We will do it this time, because that is what we agreed to,
then we are looking forward to continuing to use some of the tunes with our
own accompanist. The most exciting thing for me is listening to our kids
rehearsing "Sons of Sarah, Daughters of Abraham". They sound like angels.
Brings tears to my eyes every time.
