[HANASHIR:4972] A rather mercenary question

I have a question that I hope is not too OT or impertinent.  I hold a 
position that is a hybrid of educational and cantorial (but not a 
main-sanctuary pulpit position)...For example, I develop and teach the Hebrew 
School music program; train lay baalei tefilah and Torah readers; have 
responsibility for the bar/bat mitzvah training; lead/develop a weekly Junior 
congregation, etc. (big congregation --more than 1000 families)

I'm finishing the first year of this full time position and am to begin 
negotiations in the next month or so.  I'm wondering if there's any kind of 
network, listserve, web site or organization that has some sort of salary 
survey for professional synagogue positions.  Obviously the ACC and CA have 
them for their members, but not being a member, I obviously have no access.  
Any other ideas or suggestions????
