[HANASHIR:4934] Gesher song search

I have been asked to sing a song which I think is called "Gesher" for a program 
in 2 weeks time.  I think the song begins "Kol Ha Olam Kulo Gesher Tsar Me'od". 
 Have I been told the right title?  Anyone know in which book I could find the 
music?
