[HANASHIR:4845] Re:Turn of the Tide (Song search)

I wonder if anyone out there could help. I am looking for the music notation 
for the Carly Simon song "Turn of the Tide." I want to use it for Tu 
B'Shevat and just can't get the correct notation off of the CD which I own. 
I can sing it. I can play the chords on the guitar (thanks to my guitar 
teacher's help). However, I need to transcribe the notes for the 
keyboardist, and I am having "ear" trouble. Thanks for any and all help.
