[HANASHIR:4842] ordained/invested/certification terminology

as a point of clarification:

1) Cantors who graduate from HUC are _invested_, not _ordained_.
2) The only institutions which can _invest_ cantors are those such as 
HUC, JTS, etc.
3) The present certification program for membership in the ACC is 
just that--a program that certifies someone to become a member of the 
ACC. The ACC does not invest cantors. Only a seminary can do that.
